'Pussy Riot' case: extend "Magnitsky List" before new murders happened

Moscow, Feb 2012: Punk band 'Pussy Riot' carried out a non-traditional public prayer in 'Christ the Savior Cathedral'. Russian police arrested two arbitrary women and threw them into jail. The women denied their participation in the event and there's no evidence against them except that 'their oval of the face' is similar to the faces of members of the band.

Real reasons for arrest

In order to understand why these women were arrested we should dive into details of Russian Presidential Election Campaign 2012.

Officially, the church is separated from the government, but the head of Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia, Kirill actively participated in election campaigning on the side of Vladimir Putin.

[1]. It is obvoius that he forgot that a native for Putin NKVD-KGB only recently was destroying churches, murdered orthodox priests and burned church books. You could better understand the nature of Patriarch Kirill I can give you only one fact - he carried out a pompous orthodox requiem service for a North Korean bloody dictator Kim Jong-il[2]. The arrest of innocent women looks like a token of gratitude from KGB to Patriarch Kirill.

Second motivation behind this arrest is the text of the prayer which 'Pussy Riot' members addressed to the Virgin Mary: "Mother of God, banish Putin!" [3]. Of course Putin can't tolerate such a personal attack so the women will stay in jail no matter what.

The third reason is that one of the arrested women, Nadezhda Tolokonnikova, is an opposition politician and her arrest should be bound to her anti-Putin activity.

Now, when Russia has new Tsar who is planning to reign forever, many responsible parents are moving towards opposition rhethorics because there's no vertical mobility in Russia and Putin's friends and their children occupy all the gevernment roles.

Torture of innocent women

Although the women under arrest impose zero danger to the society the court denied them from release on their own recognizance or release on bail. Instead the women were condemned to 50 days in investigatory isolation ward.

The witnesses indicated that the conditions in isolation ward are suspiciously similar to the ones that made Sergei Magnitsky, Firestone Duncan attorney for Hermitage Capital die.

Alekhina and Tolokonnikova told to Human Rights activists that its is freezing in their cell so they sleep in their outerwear. They also added that isolation ward authorities rejected any requests for additional blankets.

Human Rights activists visited the cell of one of the women and they affirm that it is only slightly warmer in the cell than in outdoors. (The temperature in Moscow was 10 below zero degrees centigrade/15 degrees fahrenheit) [4]

Everything is indicating that the authorities are planning to achieve the same result as with Sergei Magnitsky - agonizing death of innocent women before the court session.

All the progressive public of Russia asks the parliaments and governments of USA/European Union to include murder customers and executors including Patriarch Kirill into “Magnitsky list” beforehand. Please help us ensure that no further deaths happened.
